The Annual Rochester Runners Free Fall 5k will take place on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2011  @ 8:30 AM

PROCEEDS GO TO JERRY'S FOOD PANTRY AND STRAFFORD COUNTY HOMELESS SHELTER

Best 5k road race in NH on Thanksgiving morning

Our race is a family friendly, USATF Certified, fun, flat, fast, out and back 5K. It starts and finishes at the Rochester Community Center in Rochester, NH.

Our race is open to all ages and abilities. If you would like to walk, that is fine by us.

CHILDREN: We encourage kids to run/ walk. If you want your child to run/ walk with you, that is fine by us because children 6 and under are free-and they get a free youth t-shirt (as supplies last). We ask that all parents fill out a separate application for each child so we can help keep them safe.

DONATIONS: We encourage everybody to bring a canned good for Jerry's Food Pantry or a monetary donation to go to the Strafford County Homeless Shelter in Rochester.

Directions from Rt. 16 North

Take Exit 16 off Spaulding Turnpike. Turn right at bottom of ramp. At next stop sign, turn left–this is Chestnut Hill Road. Go for 1 mile. Drive straight into parking lot.


Important information:

7AM to 8:15AM: Bib pick and race day registration

8:30AM: Race Starts

Registration Fees:

6 & under = FREE; this includes a youth t-shirt (on a first come/ first serve basis)

7 & over = $5 for registration - NO shirt

$15 with shirt (on a first come/ first serve basis)

NO More T-shirts!! Sorry!

We will have 150 t-shirts available for $10 to be sold as part of pre-registration above or sold separately while supplies last.

Proceeds go to the Strafford County Homeless Shelter and the Jerry's Food Pantry in Rochester
